After 20 Years of neglect this property was in need of some TLC. The elderly lady that vacated the property had not been upstairs for 10 years and had been incapacitated sat in the rear vestibule for over 5 years. Our Client bought the property and after some design drawings and onsite / off site meetings we set about bringing this property back to life. Asked to provide a sympathetic renovation we restored some of the original features like doors and window shutters. Learning and mastering the art of lime plastering which now puts us in a unique position as not many renovators understand the process. Removing the ground floor bathroom and creating a first floor shower room. Working within the restraints of a conservation area this property was certainly challenging.

2 man  weeks with machinery to recover the garden,  Removing 66 Tonnes of spoil to create 2 sought after parking bays, 4 weeks later we started on the property itself. After 12 weeks we handed back the property to the Landlord and within 1 month a professional tenant moved in.
