Replacement UPVC Windows & Doors – Radford Rise

The property had aluminium window frames and hardwood surrounds that required maintenance, the customer asked us to replace the frames with a low maintenance solution that had better efficiency.

UPVC replacement frames made to measure and with the leaded design pattern on glass that the customer requested were supplied and fitted .  Rather than apply plastic trims to the internal reveals we patch repaired the plaster and Buildfix Decorating services re-papered the reveals where required and filler repaired and painted the remianing reveals. As part of the project to provide a low maintenance solution Buildfix replaced the Window frames, fitted UPVC fascias and soffits, removed the ridge tiles and replaced the mortar bed with a low maintenance dry ridge solution. Buildfix contractors patch repaired the render around the windows and door on the porch, Buildfix decorating services also prepped the porch and decorated the front porch external surfaces to provide a top class professional finish.
